Ordering by Mail: we welcome credit cards and checks.
• We accept mail orders at the address shown above. Please include your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card account number, along with your name exactly as it appears on the card, the card expiration date, the card ID number (the last three numbers shown on the back of the card on your signature strip), and your daytime telephone number (if we need to reach you with questions regarding your order).
Please also include the number of TrueYmpact swing trainers that you wish to order and add the appropriate shipping and handling charges (plus sales tax, if applicable) as shown below.
• For mail orders, we also accept personal checks and money orders. Please allow 7 business days for all personal checks to clear our bank before shipping.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
For your shopping convenience and to ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following shipping procedure for the TrueYmpact.com website:
• When you place your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order details.
You will also receive an e-mail when your package has been shipped.
In the unlikely event that your TrueYmpact trainer is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail or phone so that you can either cancel your order or have the item shipped to you when it returns to stock.
• Please allow 2 - 6 business days for delivery (this excludes weekend days). Please see the map below for transit details:

• If the prices shown on our website are incorrect due to typographical or technical error, we reserve the right not to sell any product below our cost.
• We ship to all 50 states in the Continental U.S.A.
Packages will be delivered by the United States Postal Service, UPS, Federal Express, or DHL. If possible, please provide a street address where the package can be received during the day.
• Shipping and handling charges for U.S. addresses can be calculated below. For Pennsylvania shipping addresses, the most recent and up to date applicable PA State sales tax will be added ,depending on the zip code in which you reside.
North Carolina residents will be prompted to list the county in which they reside for the most recent applicable taxes to be added as listed by the North Carolina Department of Revenue.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
The response to our revolutionary swing trainer has been outstanding, and we’re working closely with our factory to keep this product on the shelves so that you can improve your game!
If for any reason our product is not available for immediate shipment, we will include this information on our website, or if the shortage is due to a sudden increase in sales volume, we will reserve the product (s) when you place your order and will immediately notify you via phone or e-mail that the product is on backorder. Your credit card will only be charged for merchandise shipped and you will have the option of cancelling your order as well. We’ve spent four years developing the TrueYmpact trainer, and we’re working hard to keep it in stock for you!

GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY
We value your business, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from TrueYmpact.com!
Return any unused merchandise in new condition within 30 days of order receipt to receive a refund of the merchandise price. For an exchange, merchandise must be in original condition with a copy of the original invoice enclosed.
If you are unsatisfied with our swing trainer for any reason within the first 30 days, you may return your True Ympact training aid to take advantage of our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept or process returns, exchanges, or guarantee claims without the original invoice.
If you believe the item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail.
If you receive damaged merchandise or there are other problems with your order, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your shipment via e-mail or phone so that we can quickly resolve the issue and provide an outstanding purchase experience!
